So what exactly is this work?  It’s a living formula in a living classroom…always ongoing and updating.

In my books, The Body Talks and I Can Hear It, and Magical Essence of Being Human and Divine,  I re-introduce you to your three systems, physical, mental, and emotional, which act as doorways between your “Self” and the world that you perceive.   I also remind you of your magical nature, upon which you base your belief systems and your interpretation of others.   Together, like bookends, these books will assist you in bringing to your conscious mind, the solutions that you seek in your daily life.
